1. How do I submit my project to Techsonics CD ? ?
answer - simply e-mail us from any of our web pages with the details of your order. Include TITLE of PROJECT, ARTIST NAME & ADDRESS and if you are providing all art files for print.

2. What if I did not find my exact project pricing on the Techsonics CD website ? ?
answer - if you did NOT find your exact package pricing on our pages, then please e-mail us your CD package requirements and ask for a direct final price. We will answer you promptly, typically the same day.

3. How should I send my materials to Techsonics CD ? ?
answer - We suggest you send your materials to us by either FedEX, UPS or USPS in a secure package in order to protect your contents from damage. Be sure to get your tracking number from the courier in case of lost items in transit.

4. How quick will I get my finished CD package ? ?
answer - Techsonics processes your materials as fast as possible upon receipt of them. We provide proofs typically within 24 hours, depending on the demand of your requirements. For BULK CD replication, (CD's only), we have a 5-7 day turn time, one of the fastest in the industry. For Retail Ready Packaged product, assuming your art files and master are in acceptable working condition, our NORMAL TURN TIME is 12 business days after your approval of the print proofs that we provide you by e-mail.  Seasonally longer turn times can be expected from Oct. - Nov. 24 due to the Christmas rush period to produce product.

We send you UPDATES on the progress of your project all along the way with an expected ship out date. Once your product ships we will e-mail you tracking numbers upon request. Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground, but you may upgrade and expedite your delivery with overnight, 2nd day or 3 day delivery. UPS ground delivery typically takes 3-4 days to most locations in the US and 4-5 days to east coast destinations.

5. What if I do not have my art files in a finished acceptable form ? ?
answer - No problem ! Techsonics can put together your separate pictures and text into a graphic masterpiece. You have full approval over final design. In fact we can put together a 2 page insert and tray design for as little as $65.00. Techsonics has complete GRAPHIC DESIGN available for a reasonable hourly charge. E-mail for more details.

6. What if I want to change my art files after I have my e-mailed proofs from you guys ? ?
answer - you can change typo's or move simple design elements at no additional charge.  More elaborate changes will incur an hourly graphics fee.

7. What about if I need a BARCODE or a TOP SPINE LABEL ? ?
answer - Techsonics provides FREE Barcodes ! Your product will have it's OWN independent barcode number. We provide this as a courtesy to our customers. We can also put those pesky TOP SPINE LABELS on your package to fully finish off your design as "Major Label" quality. Spine labels are charged at pennies per unit, you'll be pleased how professional your end product will be from Techsonics CD Manufacturing.

8. What if I want my CDR Master, I send you, to be improved a little ? ?
answer - In order to change your original CDR Master to an improved NEW CDR Master, Techsonics offers 2 types of PRE-MASTERING services. Check out the details on our site by clicking here The Pre-Mastering Link.  Your ears and your listeners will be happy you did !

9. Does Techsonics CD guarantee the final product ? ?
answer - YES, YES, YES ! Techsonics CD Manufacturing 100% guarantees it's product to be of major label quality.

In the extremely rare instance, if a problem arises, we check every procedure of the replication process in regards to CD quality and check back to your original master(s) that you have provided. After our full quality control check, if it is determined to be a problem in the replication or print process on our end, then Techsonics will either rerun the entire order or the exact units in question, free of charge to you. Or you may opt to receive a credit on your next CD order with us. We strongly suggest our customers verify all masters, films & art files before sending them to Techsonics. Any problems found on the customer's original CDR source master and or the customer's original art design files (and therefore transferred to the end product) are considered the customer's responsibility.
